Victoria Mackechnie set up Whip It Up to provide evening cookery classes for those beginner cooks looking to build up a reliable recipe repertoire and for those who are looking for new inspiration to liven up their mealtimes at home. Whether its an informal midweek family meal or entertaining, Victoria provides easy recipes and practical tips to make the cooking experience as simple and stress free as she possibly can.
Ballymaloe trained, Victoria has worked both in Sydney and Dublin providing practical and demonstration cookery classes. Passionate about food and cookery, the idea behind Whip It Up is to teach her guests fuss-free delicious recipes using accessible ingredients.
All classes are demonstration and involve Victoria preparing and cooking 3 dishes each evening. She is joined in the kitchen by her colleague, Sarah O’Farrell.

Each class involves a wine segment where guests are introduced to wine pairing. Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants hand pick two delicious wines at each class to complement the different dishes cooked that night.
Guests will sample all food and wine on the evening.
